1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkr998 ("pkr998", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pkr998 website at pkr998.win and all associated gaming and betting services.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds or placing any bet or wager on the pkr998 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pkr998 platform.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in line with responsible gaming obligations.

One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one pkr998 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended and any associated balances or winnings may be voided.

Accurate Information. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Account Responsibility. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your pkr998 account. You must keep your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — secure and must not share them with any other person. pkr998 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

3Deposits, Withdrawals and PKR Transactions

Currency. All transactions on pkr998 — deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals — are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is required or applied. Your account balance at all times reflects PKR.

Supported Payment Methods. pkr998 currently supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, bank cards and mobile wallets. Availability of specific methods may vary and pkr998 reserves the right to add or remove payment options at any time.

Withdrawal Conditions. Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested. Balances consisting exclusively of unplayed bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — bonus terms and wagering requirements must first be satisfied. pkr998 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

4Betting and Gaming Rules

General Betting Rules. All bets placed on pkr998 — across Cricket, PSL, Football, Tennis, Esports and all other markets — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that sport or event type. These rules are available within each market on the platform. By placing a bet you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that bet.

Bet Confirmation. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your account balance. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, pkr998 will not be liable for bets that were not confirmed prior to the failure occurring.

Erroneous Odds. Where odds are posted due to a clear technical error or human error that is manifestly incorrect (for example, decimal odds of 1000.0 on a strong favourite), pkr998 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. We will not void bets based on minor odds discrepancies and will only exercise this right in genuinely obvious error cases.

Live In-Play Betting. In-play bets on Cricket, PSL matches, Football and Esports are accepted until the market is suspended. A bet submitted while a market is in the process of being suspended may or may not be accepted. Confirmed bets accepted before a material event (wicket, goal, round end) occurs will stand. pkr998 is not liable for delays in internet connectivity that cause a bet to be submitted late.

Voided Events. If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the minimum required play time specified in the relevant sport rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the market rules .

Maximum Winnings. pkr998 applies maximum winnings limits per bet and per day across all sports and casino products. These limits are displayed within the platform. Where a bet would result in winnings exceeding the applicable limit, the excess above the limit will not be paid.

5Bonuses, Promotions and Free Bets

General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers available on pkr998 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion on the Promotions page. These Terms set the general framework; the individual promotion terms take precedence for the specific offer.

Wagering Requirements. Most bonuses at pkr998 carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

Qualifying Bets. Not all bet types contribute equally towards meeting a wagering requirement. Certain markets, bet types or game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. This information is specified in each promotion's individual terms.

Bonus Abuse. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bonus balances and potentially forfeiture of real-money balances:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit a promotion through matched betting or arbitrage specifically designed to extract bonus value rather than genuine play.
• Using a bonus in a manner that contradicts the spirit of the promotion as pkr998 reasonably determines.

Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry period after which any unconverted bonus balance and associated pending winnings are removed from the account. Expiry periods are stated on the individual promotion. pkr998 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6Live Casino and Slot Games

Game Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or technical fault during a casino session, any affected game round will be treated according to the game provider's malfunction policy. Typically this means the round is voided and the stake is returned. pkr998 is not liable for any losses resulting from circumstances where a game provider determines a round is void.

RTP and Variance. Slot Games and casino games operate on certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. There is no strategy that guarantees consistent wins on slot or RNG-based games.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each casino game and slot title has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface. These limits may differ from the general account betting limits.

7Responsible Gaming

8Account Suspension and Closure

pkr998's Right to Suspend. pkr998 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion where it has grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts have been operated by the same individual.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of the promotions system has occurred.
• The account holder has provided false identity information.

Closure of Account by Player. You may request the closure of your pkr998 account at any time by contacting the support team. On closure any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, pending bets that were placed before the closure request was submitted will be settled normally. Bets placed after the closure request is processed will be voided and stakes returned.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the pkr998 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pkr998 or its licensed content providers and is protected accordingly.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pkr998 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or create derivative works from any pkr998 content without prior written permission.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr998 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults, internet connectivity issues, third-party payment delays or service interruptions.

pkr998's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11Privacy and Data
